Daniel Caron is a program facilitator and consultant who works with people to improve daily interactions for personal and professional development. Daniel has worked with thousands of people across the United States and outside the country in Canada and South Africa. Daniel is an award-winning, nature photographer (also see examples on Instagram, https://instagram.com/thenaturenomad/) and typically uses examples from nature in the programs he facilitates.
Daniel's background includes years of work in education as a former university wellness program director, SGA
advisor, substance abuse educator, and an adjunct faculty member at three different colleges.
While working in higher education, Daniel met O. Fred Donaldson, Ph.D., who introduced him to a model of interacting that creates a context of safety and connection. During the next decade, Daniel traveled with Dr. Donaldson across North America assisting him with programs and classes and working to develop a deeper practice of this model.
Daniel now shares this model with diverse populations at colleges, corporations, the military, child care agencies, correctional facilities, health care agencies and other groups to bring people together and show them how to create stronger, connected communities. Daniel's current focus involves ongoing work with children of battered women, programs with college and university students, and showing corporate America how to bring this interaction skill into existing leadership models and customer service.
